How To add a product in WordPress using Woocommerce

In this WordPress tutorial I will be showing you how to add a new product using Woocommerce.

Go to Products > Add product

A few points to get you started:
Give your product a name.

If you scroll down you will see where to enter your price.
Click on inventory > enable stock management at product level and then put how much stock quantity.

This means that WordPress will take care of your stock levels for you E.g. if you have 5 of one product ad it all sells then no one else will be able to add the product to their cart (very handy).

Click set product image
Put a product description. There are two areas to put a description.
The top area goes to the bottom, and the bottom area goes to the top (I know weird).

Hit publish and view your product.
